Sin City's mega sex sensation Karina stars as Laura, a cheating, deceitful wife who leads a secret life as a call girl. Laura's perverse desires are fulfilled by an endless array of needy hungry clients whose twisted pleas for anal, oral and group sex transform Laura into a sexual machine...a creature without morals, without a past or a future, caught in the limbo of the damned.
