The Tower 2

1995 • 1h 59m • Thriller

Why did Stephan reveal his dark, terrible secret to Cynthia? A whole new world opens up before his eyes—the world of the voyeur, who has the power to watch his neighbors from his hidden vantage point. But isn’t this a perverse trap he risks falling into? The police are still clueless, and the tower remains the domain of a dangerous psychopath.
